Swelling After Lipoma Removal?
Thank you for the question.
The swelling that you describe after removal of lipoma is most likely related to accumulation of fluid; this can be either a seroma, hematoma, or a purulent (infection) collection. Evaluation by your surgeon is necessary as soon as possible.
