I have a really large smile and raised smile lines. My mouth doesn't seem that big when at rest but when I smile it stretches out across my face and has also caused me to have big smile lines in a more elevated position to most people. Is this due to a muscle problem and if so which muscle is it and can it be fixed with Botox/fillers?
