Best Treatment for Large Pores Around Nose and Chest?

I'm 17 I've had large pores around my nose and chest for about 5 years. I've tried several brands, toners, and moisturizers throughout the years and they've never decreased in size, and just get more oily throughout the day, even with non-oil based makeup. I don't think this is a simple teenage faze and I'm looking at getting treatment but just wondered, which ones are best?
