Can having a large pimple on the day of your surgery affect the final outcome of your nose?

I had Rhinoplasty surgery just under 4 wks now & I have uneven dents on the tip of my nose.I had a large pimple on the day of my surgery that had caused a change in the shape of my nose (creating a dent that seems alot more deeper than usu on the tip).Can this affect the surgeons construction of my nose, as he tries to make my nose even during surgery,but then a week later when the pimple heals, what was once even is now not?Coincidentally the side of my pimp is the same side of the uneven dent
