mri show beign mass but i have right arm weakness hand and fingers are weak also very painful just to lift my arm the dr. said the mass is contained inside my muscle. is surgery adviseable?

Make sure the problem is benign as has been suggested. See a good orthopedic surgeon soon. Benign processes usually do not result in weakness. Did you see an orthopedic surgeon?
