Large forehead after Brow Lift?

Will traditional brow lift leave me with large looking forehead? I want to have excess skin removed from my forehead. This would make my forehead look more in line with the rest of my face. Is that something that can be done? I guess the doctor would have to take strip of skin off the forehead, not in the hairline.

Also, is it possible to do what's called mattress stitching in line with this? This was done when I had both upper and lower eye lids done in 1991. I had no scarring or any sign of anything being done. I am not concerned with the scarring, but it's the large-looking forehead I am concerned with. Again, thank you for your help.
