How much pressure/force does it take to rupture silicone implants?

Thank you for the question.Based on the description of the “trauma”  and the fact (presumably) that your breast  exam remains unchanged,  it is very unlikely that any harm was done by the adjustment.  In general, it would take significantly more force to cause breast implant rupture. It is highly unlikely that your breast implant could be rupture due to manipulation.  The implants are designed to withstand 3 times your body weight in pressure.  You can run over the implant with a car ( not recommended) and they will not rupture.  

It is unlikley that chiropractic manipulations would cause an implant rupture to occue. It relaly takes a lot of effort to rupture an implant.
