I had closed rhinoplasty performed 3 weeks ago. Today while I was cleaning my nose, I saw something slightly projecting out of my nostirl and I started pulling it out since I thought it was a (booger) . But when I started to fail some pain I just left it. I think it was one of those so called internal stitches. will this will affect my result or even lead to cartilage collapse ?? (although no blood came out) I'm really afraid !
