I had my labia minora fat grafting done, first in May 2011 and second in November 2011 with very unsucessful results. What do I do know as my labia minora is as stretched, flat and small as it was before I had the procedure. R29 000 down the drain and that in South Africa. What to I do to atain the results that I am hoping for?? Please help!!!!

Labiaplasty

Fat graft to the labia minora is rarely indicated. Fat graft to labia majora is more frequently needed. Labia minora needs to be within the labia majora. Not sure what is the problem that you need a fat graft to labia minora?? and what is the goal you are trying to achieve. If it is the reconstruction of labia minora, then this is done by a local flap
