I decided to do septorhinoplasty and I'm traveling to do it in Lebanon, but I don't know what technique is best for my case because every surgeon does different one so in my case if I want to reshape my nose and straighten the columella and make smaller is it possible in the closed technique or should I do the open rhinoplasty?

Hi and thank you for your question.There is a chance the doctor can determine if the nose was fractured, but not guaranteed, as bumps and asymmetry is possible with no trauma to the nose. If you recall going to the doctor and taking x-rays when you were injured, that would be helpful.I hope...
