How to Treat Hyperpigmentation After KTP Laser Treatment?
I had a KTP Laser Treatment 10 weeks prior which has left some post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, red, scratch-like depressions where I blistered ( the area she treated for capillaries), and some brown marks which were originally faint hyperpigmentation marks. I have a reunion and wedding to attend in 7 weeks and want to improve my skin. I have access to Fraxel Restore or IPL photorejuvenation. I am so nervous to touch my face again, but am also so upset at the way my skin looks. Any advice on PIH treatment would be appreciated.

Thankfully, the affected areas should get better with time. It is critical to obtain consistent daily sun protection with high SPF sunscreen and reapply every 2 hours between 10am and 4pm. Consider topical antioxidant vitamin C serum in morning prior to sunscreen and alternating regenerative TNS cream with gentle prescription-strength retinoid every other night to facilitate tissue remodeling.
