KTP Laser and Difficult to Treat Capillaries- What To Do?

I had several capillaries visible around my nose and cheeks. A dermatologist suggested BBL. The BBL did nothing for the capillaries. Next he suggested a KTP treatment. This removed some of the veins. 2 weeks later another KTP was performed. This treatment accomplished nothing. A few caps in my cheek area that were the most visible look even worse. He said it needs time to reabsorb, and that stasis is a good thing. Why would stasis be good? Why isn't KTP working for me? What should I do next?
