I have a fat and big nose. What can I do?

The rhinoplasty procedure can address making the nose smaller and more narrow. Osteotomies of the nasal bones can narrow the bridge, and a tip rhinoplasty can narrow the nasal tip cartilages, and an alar-plasty is performed to narrow wide nostrils.
