20 days post op, I have crease/fold in areola. Is it something that should fix itself or requires earlier intervention? (photos)

I am 20 days post breast uplift + augmentation surgery. Please advise if the fold in the areola on my right breast is something that should right itself or requires earlier intervention. I am also rather disappointed that the areolas are different sizes - both being teardrop shaped + larger than I had hoped for. I had an inverted T shaped lift with 345cc round textured silicone implants, to correct big saggy and empty breasts from 3 pregnancies and breast feeding. The breasts themselves look OK!
