Addressing the 'flat' area will depend on how much fat you can harvest and transfer. It is best to address this with your chosen surgeon.

Fixing the "flat" area on your right side will depend on how much fat you have left than can be harvested for transfer and the amount that would be needed to revise the "flat" spot. This will require an in-person examination to adequately assess the deficit, the available fat for transfer and a thorough discussion of your goals and expectations.
