Based on something my PS said, I am seeking out what other professionals feel would be likely results from my photo. I really like my PS & chose to go with him after 2 consults... however, his words after seeing some of the photos I brought in have been ringing in my ears "Your results will not be as sleek".. I know I wont be walking down the Victoria Secret runway afterwards... but, would like to know which results are similar to the ones I could expect. 1st pic is me.

The results that you can expect for surgery are individualized to your body. It is impossible to make you look like someone else that has completely different anatomy. That said, based on your photo, it looks like you could have a nice result from tummy tuck. Hi. 1)I have a slightly different take. I would be very worried about your surgeon's comment, because the other pictures you show are not that great (long, thick, irregular scar, etc.). It is always difficult to paint an exact picture of the result that any patient will obtain. It is also difficult to answer your question without an exam. Having said that, I feel that it is probably realistic to achieve a result similar to the second photo (assuming that your pre-op photo is the first).

Hi Nicole, From your photos only, and of course it is impossible to accurately say without an examination and knowing how far out from surgery you are, it appears that you have some residual fat in the region above the TT scar and at the sides where the scar ends. This can sometimes happen from a variety of reasons, however, lipocontouring should easily be able to correct this. In many patients, this can even be done with just a local anesthetic as an outpatient.
