What Procedures can be Undertaken Post-Titan in Order to Strengthen it's Results?

I have had Titan treatment 3 weeks ago. I would like to know what kind of procedures I can more do while waiting for effect after Titan treatment? Or I mean which would help strengthen Titan effect? Thank you!
