Hi. I had a lip lift almost 5 years ago. The doctor said it would not change the shape of my nose (it was upturned before surgery). I don't know what type of lip lift it was because he made the incision "straight across" the bottom of my nose, passing my columella. The effect post surgery was that it "pulled my nose downwards" also it made my lips like a frown. I have an overbite with a slight projection. He said this type of procedure would help to make my face look less narrow.
