What Kind of Filler Should I Get? Or What Should I Do?

I'm not sure what happened to me. I am still very young; I just turned 21, but my face has changed dramatically over the years, probably more so then is normal. I used to get told how attractive I was by girls on a regular basis, these days they sort of avoid eye contact with me and I feel like I have communication problems in most social relationships because I don't look the way I see myself in my mind.
