I have Silicone 1000 bumps. I am using kenalog cream and injections. How long will this take, does it help, any side effects? Thank you

Reaction to Silikon 1000 and kenalog steroid injections
Alhough Kenalog is commonly used for managing granulomatous reactions to the Silikon 1000 other physicians feel this could make it worse and instead beleve strongly in the reaction is due to a biofilm formation and they may better respond to long term antibiotics.
