How can I get rid of the keloid on my chest? I’m an Indian. It is reddish in color, rarely itchy, size ¾ of an inch. Could you suggest something that will not affect the breastfeeding of my baby?

Keloid scar management for Indian and Black skin
Above all, no chemical or medicine should be administered while a woman is breast feeding. Keloid scars should be managed initially with observation, pressure application, silicone application, and TAC injection. During pregnancy or breast feeding, the latter is not appropriate. However, pressure or silicone application should be safe during breast feeding. I routinely manage patients with keloid scars successfully with conservative measures. Surgery is reserved for stubborn lesions....
