There are several treatments like Scar MD, Silicone Tape, etc. for keloid scars. Which do you recommend? I am Hispanic and had a tummy tuck 3 years ago. The scar turned dark and is noticeable. I hate to undress in front of my husband since the scar is long and dark.

I like to use Mederma or Scarguard. You also might want to see a dermatologist for some YAG laser sessions to fade the color. I would avoid kenalog injections as that can cause tissue atrophy and might cause some depressions.
