I live in Atlanta and have been to many dermatologists that have administered the steroid shots for keloid removal. They have all re-grown larger and more ugly than before. Along with re-currence (after the steroid treatments) came the excruciating pain. I am allergic to most medications as they rip my stomach apart so have to deal with sleepless nights, debilitating pain and tearful days. My skin has also become extremely sensitive with creepy-crawly sensations. I feel I now have have some type of nerve damage. One of my keloids, the most painful appear to have three separate bumps with that cause the most pain. Please help!
