Which physician should I contact for keloid removal?

I'm a keloid removal veteran, having had surgery as a toddler, because my surgeon was able to do the removal after completing a more serious operation. I also had the procedure as an adult. The prior keloids were on my ears. The newest one, regrettably, formed on my pelvis (i.e. labia majora). I'm not too comfortable speaking with a doctor about removal options, mainly because I don't know if it would fall within the domain of the dermatological practice. Yet, I worry that it could possibly be something more serious than a typical keloid, although it's about 1-2 millimeters in diameter. What would you recommend?
