Depends on Physician's Preference
Each physician might mix this differently. The mixture might depend on the thickness and size of the keloid and how it has done with prior treatments.
Since Lonocort is not available in the United States, I can only describe my preferences with Traimcinolone Acetonide. With this medication at Triamcinolone Acedonide 10 ( Kennalog 10) I begin with a 50:50 dilution. If this is not sucessful, I then inject with straight Kennalog. I administer this with brief cryotherapy (freezing).
