3 weeks ago i fell of my bicycle and cut my chin. It was little squearelike wound - but deep. Now, 8 days ago i was prescribed accutane 0.5 mg/kg. I never had keloid, usually i scar very nice, but now my doctor said that it is keloid forming. Please tell me what to do! Should I stop taking accutane? Is it possible that it is becouse of Acc.? Can it be stopped and turned into hypertrophic scar since it is only 3 months old? I need quick answer, please-im desperate!my doctor gave me betametason creme
