Keloid Scars After Piercing
My four year has developed keloid on ear lobe after piercing 3yrs ago.What can be done to remove this?

Keloid scar removal with surgery
Most keloids of the ear are amenable to surgical removal and excision. I would begin with excision and carefully follow up after surgery to prevent recurrence.
