I have noticed that my chin is very long and I would like to have it shaved down. I'm not too sure about making it more stronger (chin implants), but I want to know if it could be smaller all together as in vertically and near the jaw line. The second thing is that I would like to have my nose ideally look like the photoshopped photo. Could I get both of those procedures done and look okay? Or would making my jawline (near my ear) more defined be possible and help? I just need solid opinions.

There are many variables to go into the rhinoplasty procedure, such as the surgeon's expertise, pre-existing anatomy, the healing process of contraction of the three-dimensional structure of cartilage, bone and skin on the nose. Experience really matters a lot, so choose your surgeon wisely
As soon as you no longer have significant swelling in the face after your wisdom tooth removal, it should be safe to have a rhinoplasty. Make sure you discuss this with your oral surgeon though, to ensure there are no healing issues or other factors that might make him/her want you to wait...
Taping the nose after Rhinoplasty is of utmost importance. The tape goes over the bridge and around the tip of the nose to squeeze the swelling down and prevent hematomas and helps speed the healing process.
