I just had Juvederm Ultra put in my lips about 3 days ago...I have noticed that my lips have lost their natural red coloring. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

If you are having problems with the filler and it sounds like it need to be removed, you should go back to your doctor or find someone else and have him dissolve it with hyaluronidase.
Juvederm Ultra or Juvederm Ultra Plus would work well to treat this area. Radiesse may be another option. This can be a tricky injection to treat properly so ensure you are going to an experienced and expert physician injector.
