RN in Nevada Authorized to Administer Nerve Block?

Is a RN allowed to give nerve blocks before Juvederm injections? I do like her work but am not sure if she can do a block, and I know from prior experience, I do need the block. Her website says "with added anesthetic" so that could mean no. I will clarify tomorrow, but wanted thoughts on this anyway. Thank you.

Nerve block anesthesia

I am not familiar with nurses providing nerve blocks. Nerve blocks require a high level understanding of anatomy, and this is not something nurses typically receive training in. I believe that BOTOX and fillers, like nerve blocks, should only be administered by trained and experienced physicians who are most likely to give you great results, and at minimal risk.
