How long before hemosiderin stain after Juvederm resolves?

I had severe bruising from Juvederm injections, which caused hemosiderin stain. Bruise is gone, but brown/gray stain is left where bruise was. Currently using Auriderm for 3 weeks with no improvement. Thanks.
