Non-surgical turkey neck procedure at a minimal cost?

My jowls have somewhat began to sag since I turned 58. This is causing my appearance to look like I have a turkey neck. I have lots of sagging. Is there any low cost ways of remedying my dilemma? I would prefer a non-surgical procedure. Thanks.
