Joint Pains Side Effect from Accutane?

I'm a 120lb woman just starting my fourth month of Accutane. I've been bumped up to 80mg since 60mg wasn't working for me. I've been experiencing joint pain (knees, back, hips) for the last few weeks and I'm worried that my increased dosage will make it worse.
Is there anything I can do? I've heard that Glucosamine works for joints - will this help or harm me? I've also considered milk thistle for side effects in general - is this okay?
