Jessner Peel Left Me with Hyperpigmentation, Looking for Houston Doctor?

I'm 36 and did a mild Jessner peel at a local spa. They said it wasn't chemical but "natural" and that it was less potent than what I'd receive at a Dr.'s office. I now have mild hyperpigmentation around my laugh lines. I do have olive skin tone and tan very easily . I also had melasma with all 3 pregnancies that did go away. I've read that hydroquinone is a great way to fix this problem, however, it's banned in Texas. So who can help me??? Will facials and exfoliating help or hurt? Amy
