I have a good amount of Breast tissue, 5 weeks post op revision, gummy bears. Is it normal to feel the bottom of your implant when you run you're hand along the skin when the implant is under muscle? It's very subtle but I'm wondering if this may contribute to sagginess.

You are already drastically oversized for your body. I am not aware of any company that manufactures saline or silicone implants at that size for very good reason. Your implants are migrating due to too much weight with too little skin support. think what will happen with larger ones!!
