Jaw Implant 1 Week Ago With Neck Lipo. How Long Will it Take For Swelling to go Down?

Hi I had small jaw implants placed a week ago together with neck liposuction. How long will it take for the swelling to go down and for me to see the true results? I'm a little worried that my jaw may now be too wide. Thanks.
