Personality style vs. negative body image

Is it really the body you want to change or are you still in search of your personality style? Maybe you need to learn about your personality style in addition to your body style and simply repeat the beauty of your unique self. Then, it will be easier to look and feel better.

There are different personality styles such as classic, elegant-sportive, drama, alluring, romantic. Your personality style is either dominantly one of them or a combination of a few of them. For example, if you have a very romantic personality and curved body, you probably feel more comfortable with rounded soft cuts and lightweight romantic fabrics.

Also, your personality style might change in time. When you dress to express your personality style, you will feel and act to express your full energy in this dress which suits to your spirit. The dress should also fit to your body volume and follow your silhouette.
