Without and exam or before and after pictures its hard to see what can really be going on. YOu should talk to your surgeon and go over your concerns.

Swelling after lipo, how long does it last

I doubt your swollen. Vaser lipo in my opionion sucks! I had AWFUL results and I am going on 1 year post op....

thanks so much for all ur answers ..i did went back to my surgeon..his assistant was the one who saw me she said it was normal ..but till today my abdominal is still huge ..it looks like before i did lost 8 pounds since i did the surgery but not happy w the results at all ..how should do my next step??
