Its been 4 months since my rhinoplasty revision and I still see no results at all. What usually happens at this point?

I had a revision done 4 months ago to make my tip smaller and closer to my face and to make my nose straight and not turned up. My nose looks no different then it did before my surgery. What usually happens at this point? I do not have money to pay for another surgery because I did not get what I asked for. Please I need some advice. Stressing out.

It is just too early to tell.

The nose can be swollen for up to a year or more. Swelling will depend upon the nature of maneuvers employed, presence of grafts or implants, thickness of skin, open vs closed, revision vs primary, etc.

Timing of revision rhinoplasty

4 months is still considered early after facial plastic surgery, especially revision rhinoplasty. Time is the best option at this point. Alternative treatments that may help reduce rhinoplasty swelling include avoiding excess salt intake, facial massage, arnica montana tablets, steroid injections, etc. If you haven't already, then speak with your revision rhinoplasty surgeon.
