9 Days Post Fraxel For Mild Acne and Left With Rash-like Skin?

It's Been 9 Days Since I Had my First Fraxel Treatment for Very Mild Acne Scarring I Had Both Cheeks and chin done. Initially I broke out with a huge cluster of small white pimples and bumps on my chin but they subsided, went in for a post laser facial and was given tablets for my breakout. Anyway I'm noticing that my skin is really bumpy still everywhere the laser has been and it's not dry/peeling skin it's more like a mild rash I'm wondering if this is normal?! I'm starting to freak out that my skin has scarred from the laser when I didn't have scars in those spots in the first place.
