What is This Itchy Lumpy Temporary Rash All over my Body?

Have been suffering from a body rash. Started near 3rd DEC. Appears majorly on back, stomach, h&s, thighs & lower neck. Minor eruptions on face. Symptoms: A severe itch occurs followed by the swellings shown. Scratching worsens it. But these lumps always subside after an hour, going completely invisible. This cycle happens multiples times in a day. Was put on a oral drug regime with anti-allergics, anti-histamines etc. Worked for 2 weeks only. What could this be, & treatment?
