Terrible Itching 3 Years After Tummy Tuck

I have this deep down itching, which I would say is still severe after 3 years. It is usually worse at night and feels horrible. The itching is the whole way around waist area from front to back. Should I see a doctor?

Could be nerve regeneration.

I have not seen this particular problem, but it could be due to nerve regeneration.  I would recommend seeing your doctor again for his or her opinion.  Vitamin B6 can be beneficial for vague nerve symptoms after surgery, but you first need a diagnosis from your physician.

Unusual nerve regeneration

Hello, I have not seen this before, but I'd bet you had liposuction with your Tummy Tuck and/or a larger TT case. This is probably due to tissue trauma. You may need to be put on a "nerve calming" medication like Neurontin. I would see your surgeon to see what he or she might recommend.
