It's been 10 weeks since my surgery and my right breast is swollen on the upper part and it hurts when I lay down. When I touch it and push it side to side it feels like there's something inside. Should I worry? Is it normal?

I'm sorry to hear about the "boob greed" you are experiencing after breast surgery. Given that you are very “fresh” out of surgery, it is quite likely that you are experiencing significant “emotional ups and downs” unnecessarily. In other words, it is much too early to evaluate the outcome...
Unless done under sterile conditions with a detailed knowledge of the anatomy, this is not something you should consider after watching a YouTube video. You must also understand that this will only last hours.
Thank you for your question. It would be best to contact your Plastic Surgeon to discuss your question. I ask that my patients avoid soaking in pools, baths, hot tubs, or saunas for 6 weeks post breast augmentation.
