I had my open rhinoplasty one year ago. The surgeon confirmed that I have an open roof deformity caused from my scars ( wrong healing process). He said that it will be corrected simply with a new osteotomy, to narrow the bones. Others surgeons said that it's necessary to use grafts. What do you think?

With procedures that involve the upper part of your nose only, the swelling tends to come down very quickly (days to weeks rather than weeks to months). When the tip is involved, the swelling lasts much longer.
