Currently on Isotretinoin (Aka Accutane). How Long Until I Can Get Fraxel Re:Pair?

Hello. I'm currently on Isotretinoin (commonly known as Accutane). How long after my treatment before I can get Fraxel Re:Pair on my face? Also, does it work on a person's back as well? Skin characteristics: I'm latino and have medium brown skin with scarring on both sides of my face (cheeks only), my chest and lower back (lower back has pigmentation as well).
