Can Isolaz Be Combined with Cooltouch?

During a consultation with the dermatologist, to discuss my acne and scaring, he said he gets best results by combining Isolaz with Cooltouch. He seems to be the only doctor doing this in my area. I have called quite a few. Is this a recommended protocol? Are the two treatments alternated each month or done together?
