I had Lifestyle Lift, and there's a lot of skin left under my chin. Is there anything non-surgical that can be done to tighten it?

Not a lot of effective options for skin tightening

There are very few options that will provide definitive skin tightening. A true face lift is your best option and pmay provide you with results that I would rate a 6-8 on a scale of 1-10. If all you need, is skin tightening on a scale of 1-2, you could consider thermage or Titan therapy
