I am 39 with severe sun damage, wrinkles, and uneven texture to my skin. I have used the Obagi system, but I couldn't use Retin-A everyday because my skin was too sensitive. I have Smartxide Dot Therapy scheduled for January, and the doctor says I'll get great results from it. Could someone's skin be too sensitive or too thin for this procedure? What would be the worst thing that could happen to someone's skin with the Smartxide Dot Therapy?
