Is the Pearl laser good for acne scars?
How deep does the Pearl laser go? Does it work on acne scars or wrinkles?

Pearl could be a better option than Fraxel
Pearl Laser is a true breakthrough in skin resurfacing and smoothing. The pattern selection and levels of ablation and bulk heating combine to eliminate serious down time to 4 days of "social downtime" - some redness and no crusting or weeping. CO2, Fraxel and the like pale in comparison.
The upper layers of epidermis are vaporized and the lower layers are coagulated. This creates a natural dressing... a perfect bandage. Below this level, there's bulk heating just like a Titan. It's a very elegant setup.
The best way to treat acne scars is to do double passes only over the scarred areas, while single passing the rest of the face. After two treatments the results are quite good; in my opinion, much better, less painful, less complicated and safer than fraxel.
