Dear Dr. Michael Persky, PROBLEM: One deep line under each eye. I had fat repositioning and muscle trim under my eyes. This made this problem more pronounced. I had 3 treatments of the Rhytec PSR but that did not help at all and in fact made it worse because it gave me fine feathery lines under my eyes. I have consulted with the best cosmetic surgeons and dermatologists but to date, I still have not heard a suggestion that I consider to be the best option for my problem. I am quite impressed with the before and after pictures for the Fraxel re:pair but it seems too drastic for me at this time although I definitely plan on doing it in a couple of years. Dr. Gene Rubenstein of Studio City, CA suggested Aluma and Fraxel re:store. I had one treatment of Fraxel re:store and was not impressed with the result at all. There was actually no result or difference at all (In fairness, I know multiple treatments is required to achieve the desired result). Here is my plan and please let me know what you think. I will set up an appointment with your office in Encino, CA (I live in Encino, CA) to have a series of ACCENT XL done. After every treatment of ACCENT XL, I will have the safest highest concentration of TCA applied under my eyes. Dr. Persky, please let me know what you think of my plan or if you have a better suggestion. Thank you so much and I am looking forward to meeting with you real soon.
